At Swift Packers & Movers, we strive to provide reliable and professional relocation services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle cancellations and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.


1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled move:
    Full refund of any advance payment made.

  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled move:
    A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount may be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and operational costs.

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show:
    No refund will be provided if the move is canceled on the day of service or if our team arrives and the customer is unavailable or unresponsive.


2. Cancellation by Swift Packers & Movers

In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill the booking due to operational issues, unforeseen events, or force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes), a full refund of any amount paid will be processed within 7 business days.


3. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may reschedule their move without any additional charges if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
