1. Service Agreement

By booking with Swift Packers & Movers, you agree to allow us to provide relocation services such as packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking as specified at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website.

  • Accurate information about the moving location, inventory, and timing must be provided.

  • A confirmed booking may require a deposit or advance payment, depending on the type and size of the move.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are provided based on the details shared by the customer. Any changes in scope (extra items, floors, delays, etc.) may affect the final cost.

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other accepted methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a refund (if an advance was paid).

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling requests are accepted based on availability.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • While our team takes the utmost care in handling your belongings, Swift Packers & Movers is not liable for any damage or loss unless transit insurance is purchased.

  • We recommend insuring high-value or fragile items.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure parking, elevator access, and permissions (if required) at the pickup and delivery locations.

  • All valuables such as cash, jewelry, or important documents should be handled by the customer and not included in the move.

  • Any delays caused by incorrect information or lack of access may result in additional charges.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable goods, perishable items, or illegal substances. If such items are found, the move may be canceled without a refund.

8. Service Limitations

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by roadblocks, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

9. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
